Nice explanation Bob. We are all in this together we are all Navy Dads waiting for our sons and daughters to come back from the deployment. Like I tell my son, hey just think you are closer to home than yesterday! We are all very Proud Navy Dads, of our sons and daughters.

George, I know they are busy getting ready for inspection and all.I am sure they all are working very hard and ready to come home.It been a while since I heard from my son also.The fact that he emailed you and try to call means he thinking of you just the same. Before you know it you can ask him yourself in person.Then they will be asking to borrow the car and money,and after awhile we will be asking "when that ship leaving again" lol. Hang in there ,you know when they are do back. I just take it one day at a time.I feel my son only plan is when he get back is to get a good steak dinner.and sleep then sleep and steak dinner and then ask for the car and money.lol.

Sorry to ask you all for help, but I need it again.

If any of your sailors know SA Nelson, please have them tell him to email me with his plans. I can`t make mine without knowing his. He told me in in his email the other day that he would have more time to contact me. I know that they are still busy aboard ship.

He called me the other night but his daytime was way past my bedtime and I didn`t hear the phone.

To all of you that have helped me contacting my son. I can not thank you enough. I woke up to an email from him. It was short and sweet. It`s a great way to start my day. He said that they`ve been very busy and now he should have more time to email or call. 

I can`t wait to see him.

Still haven`t heard from him. If anyone knows when they will be back in SD, please message me. This is driving me nuts. I think my son has disowned his family and I don`t know why.
