One of my dad's most treasured possessions, was a shadow box that we had from his days in WWII as a Marine. He was so proud of that box, he was also very proud of his sailor grandson. It was quite touching to us when he passed away last year that he took time to write on the back of this shadowbox...this is for my grandson, that I am so proud of.

Chuck, we are working on a Shadowbox like yours to give our GS. It will have wife's and my Fathers Military things in it. We have gotten their info from gov. and made a list is all their medals and ribbons and are gathering the pieces we need. I have most of my dads. They were Army Air Corp.
You did a very good job.
