Thanks for the comments. I ment to provide an update. He shipped out on time (11th). He said medical was a joke. They were so consent rated on those who had new tattoos, they really didn't look at anyone else and lasted maybe 5 min. Thanks for the feedback.

I would think if the stitches are out before he goes to boot and he has full use of his arm...I wouldn't see a problem.
