Greg, I spoke with my son today and he said that they would be able to stay out till 10pm Friday night so they must have earned another flag.

Anybody heard that ship 2 Div. 918 going into battle stations yet? Heard through the grape vine that it maybe happening this week. Also heard they earned another flag for doing good in training, has anybody heard any truth to this. Only 2 more weeks of this till we see our SRs (sailors) 03/14/14 grad. CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!We keep sending letters to him but don't know if he's getting them because he won't write back.

My son is also on ship 2 div 918. We also received a call and he hasn't received any of our letters either. Its also the second or third time he has called. He said that they ate pizza that day. He did say that others did receive letters so I was alsos wondering the same thing.

Received our second phone call Sunday 02/02/14 so glad to hear his voice and that he is ok. But he still hasn't received any of our letters, would anybody know why? Now he starts his real boot camp and he is glad to do the real stuff.
