Navy Dads

FYI- I read that some one said they were staying at the Ramada Inn in Waukegan Il. for the graduation on August 24th. I was just about to book the rooms I needed, but before I did that I read the reviews for the hotel. No good. All the reviews were bad. One of the reviews said it was a hang out for the area kids to party. I would think twice about this hotel.

Any reviews from anybody who has ever stayed at this hotel? Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites : Chicago-Libertyville. Would greatly appreciate them if they have.

Jeff....My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard. It is clean, friendly staff, has a nice pool and hottub....There is a Walmart right across the street for anything that you might need as well as several restaurants right in the vicinity. Sarge's Meet & Greet is only 1/4 mile away! We were very pleased with the whole experience....I would highly recommend it!

I am staying at the Homewood suites. I needed 2 rooms anyway so i got a suite with 2 rooms. I am flying into General Mitchell International Airport. This is costing me a small fortune, hotel room, Airline tickets and a rental car. I thought my son going into the navy would save me money.LOL

We stayed at Marriott SpringHill Suites Waukegan/Gurnee and had a great experience with service, accommodations and they offered shuttle service to PIR via taxis. Buffet style breakfast too...
