Navy Dads

I have gotten a email from my son who is deployed on a carrier, and he has informed me that he did not have his cash card to make purchases on the ship. Is there anything on this end that I can do, or advice that I can give him in acquiring one while at sea?

Thank you

Update: After getting another email from him, I had to dig out his banking account number (glad he gets that sent home), then get his routing number. I have sent those to him and hopefully he will follow through and get his taken care of.

Thanks again for all your help!

James this was a good question and scenario as we all tend to forget these things at times for whatever reason. And yes a 'Request Chit' is all that's needed to get a replacement Cash Card aboard the ship :)

Thank you, I received another email from him and he must have checked into it when I gave him a push. He said the "boat people" can set that up for him.
