Rick, I sorry and disgusted this can happen in today's Navy.  Ensure your daughter gets ALL documentation on her case medical, police, line of duty investigation, it will help when she files a VA claim.  Have her contact VA (female blog) soon for direction..............good luck.

Hope you saw I've relaunched the Sexual Assault 9-1-1 group....we have a member that has investigated incidents and might be a plus for you to contact if only for peace of mind and background.

Thanks for the update Rick...it takes courage on your part to be willing to share.
