Navy Dads

My son left on April 7th and his mother and I have been writing every day since. We are compiling the letters waiting for his address so we can mail them to him. We have quite a few pages between the two of us and we were wondering if we can put them all together in a large 8x11 envelope so he gets the first batch all at once? From there on in we would mail the letters in a standard envelope as we write them.

BTW. This site is amazing. Tons of great information that brings me through all different emotions.

make you send one gallon bag and rubber band to keep his letters in since everything has to be neat inside his ship ( barrack) bed for inpection

My son got there on April 7th.also. I was wondering the same thing. My wife and i have already composed a couple of letters for him. We received his cell phone via FedEx a few days ago after he only gave the clothes off of his back and sent just his phone home. Maybe they are in the same division. My wife just can't wait to hear from her baby. I assure her that he is fine and the navy is the best thing for hin right now.
