I took your advice and started a new group. I haven't heard of any other IC's yet, so I'll probably be the only member of the group for awhile. I'm sure someone will join eventually.
Hi Paul,
Thank you for the kind welcome!! I am and have been since July a very involved member of the N4M's site. I have been enjoying it immensely. I've made a number of good friends and gained a wealth of information along the way. I also research and learn as much as I can so that I am able to share what I've learned with others. So thank you - I am certain that as time allows I will do the same thing here on this site. I am really excited about it and looking forward to making new friends and seeking and sharing support with others.
And thank you for starting the Arizona group. I will definitely be joining. A get together would be great to have. I attended one with the Arizona Moms group in Nov. and have a wonderful time meeting and getting to know personally some of the other moms.
Billy is my only child and I do like to brag on him, so I will be joining the Bravo Zulu group as well. He is in Great Lakes right now attending school for IC. He recently received an award called the "Best of the Best" and a letter of Commendation to go with it. I am so very proud of his efforts to be the best that he can be. He was also a section leader in boot camp.
Thank you again for your comments.

Paul, thank you for the comments and glad to hear that your kids are having fun in the Navy. My son trebvor is currently on his way back to GL. to finish his A-school. he is in the AEF-AECF program. he had his P.I.R. back in August. moved across the streetand started his ATT school.
My wife and I couldn't be more proud of him as he made this decision on his own to have a way that he could support his family and not have to rely on us or her parents to get them started in life. We weren't to sure at first because he was passing up scholarships in music to do this, but we have since seen that this was the right decision for him and one that he was looking out for his young families future.

Hey, thanks for the link. I think I have checked every link for the Anzio and the Bainbridge. I went to NORVA and tagged along when Andy reported to the Anzio. Got to look her over. After check-in he found out he is being transferred to the Bainbridge. Nothing personal of course. Needs of the Navy. He was able to be home for Christmas. He leaves tomorrow morning to check out from the Anzio and report to the Bainbridge. I can't go this time, but I will as soon as I can.
Paul, Meagan & Conner & Jeremy (you have'nt heard much about my new son-in-law, he's IT aboard the USS New York LPD21 in Norfolk, his job is so complicated I don't even know where to start, and, he is IT so I'll leave it there) were all very impressed by the N4D's site and Conner will log on frequently once he's settled in Bangor/Silverdale/Kitsap. You're a lot further along on all this than I am bro...reach out to Eric and Kat for us here in TN!
Well I just got back from San Diego and my son's graduation from FRAC school with HS10. I got to pin his "wings" on and that my have been the highest honor I have ever had, to be asked by my son, and be the only dad to be there and pin his son. I put an album together of that special time and it is available to view if you are interested. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas!
I didn't know Arizona was playing today and there's absolutely no problem for me routing against BYU. I never cheer for them! So, how did the Navy vs Wake Forest game turn out?

Thank you for your honor, kind, and caring words and I am looking forward to being a part of Navy for Dad.
