I check in once in a while but as mentioned earlier my son is out now.
welcome Marshall to the proud group of "dirt sailors". My son recently ended his commitment with the Seabees but had a great experience and made many friends.
welcome Marshall, to SEABEE dads. My son is stationed at Port Hueneme, CA. Even though Gulf Port had better facilities and chow (according to him), he like the weather a lot more.
Thank you for having me. My daughter is currently at Wichita Falls, Sheppard AFB. She is due to graduate on December 5th then she is off to San Diego, CA. I am extremely proud of her and I look forward to reading your stories about your sons/daughters.
Attention on Deck: We need help in creating a new Navy Seabee challenge coin. One of our supplier's is wanting to design and create a new Seabee coin and they're looking for our input. Please post in here any ideas that this coin should have. Are their must have's for this new Seabee coin? Please comment or post samples below.
Thanks,
Elmo Moore
Hi Paul, my son is stationed in Gulfport also. He is an EA. He is coming up to his separation date in Jan '16. Has been a good 5 years fro him.
My son is presently stationed in Gulfport and is on limited duty do to a head injury while in "A" school. He is an EO on galley duty. I'm glad to see a Seabee group.
