Natalie - They actually met over the internet several years ago, but about 3 yrs. ago now they have been living together as an official couple in Arlington :).

Hey, Michele! Ask your friend WHERE she met her new man.....I am looking for one myself -- would be great to meet a neat guy in this area since my b-day is coming up in January. THANKS!!!
Also, please tell her to email me if she ever needs to buy or sell a house (I am a REALTOR here in the Arlington area) or if she MIGHT know someone who does want to buy or sell. THANKS so much!!!

That's NOT the kind of White Christmas I was hoping/praying for here in Arlington, Texas!!! OH MY!!! I just wanted a little white stuff on the grass........an inch or two.......but, now that our temps are going to be back into the 50s (they say), looks like I won't get my Christmas wish, dangit!!
But it's COLD enough to SNOW right now............here in arlington, it's about 30 or 33 outside right now.........BRRRRRRRRRR.....at least the winds aren't blowing anymore like they were yesterday!

yeah we did...but that was only useful for the driveway....nothing like getting up at 05:00 and heading out in a blizzard to plow and shovel for a hour and a half before breakfast and off to work/school....it was a whole lotta work to make it through those winters

Did you have one of those snow blowers? I couldn't imagine how exhausting it would be to constantly shovel to stay ahead of it!

You shovel it and keep up with it to maintain walkways and entrances...otherwise it wouldn't be very safe being marooned inside. And when it gets high enough you also shovel the roof to keep it from caving.
