Shane's Mom - You go girl! Believe it or not time will fly by once you get the letters from him and sometimes phone calls :). Staying busy thinking about ways you can send him support and cheer (without breaking Navy rules hehehe) will make time pass. Keep hanging in there, PIR is just around the corner ;). oh and if we are promoting ...we have a group on navyformoms that is knit for the navy ....................we are trying to make blankets for everyone on a sub or ship

Thank you so much, Ordy. I'm having a very hard time finding the buyers right now and lots of people don't want to sell now (thinking they won't get TOP dollar for their houses because of the foreclosures).

I need all of the help I can get right now. I'm starving right now (almost!)
I had a closing about 3-4 weeks ago (a listing/I had the seller).
It was a CUTE and nice little BRICK house and the buyer (investor from Florida) got it for only $78,500 and my sellers were happy to get it sold.
(it was built in the 70s and it was not a big house but it was NICE and here in MANSFIELD (next to Arlington, TX)

I will go ahead and message you my phone number, just in case.
You never know, right? (and I believe in CHRISTMAS miracles and my b-day is coming up in Jan. -- would love to close one on my birthday in about a month!)
