Ms. Florence Byers McSween, age 65, of Dallas passed away on March 29, 2016 from a tragic automobile accident.
Florence is preceded in death by her youngest son EOD1 Joseph Adam McSween.
Florence was born on January 1, 1951 in Sheffield, Alabama to, Mrs. June Stringer and the late Mr. Herman Alvin Byers. Florence was a retired teacher having worked for both the Valdosta, GA and Paulding County Georgia School System. She was an active member of the Burnt Hickory Church of Christ. In addition to her involvement at church, Florence enjoyed being active in several military support organizations, most notably the American Gold Star Mothers. She was presently serving a second term as West Georgia president, and previously served as Dept. President for the State of Georgia. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing and quilting.

My son is in the Navy Reserve as a Medic. The Navy has yet to send him over seas.

My son just graduated from Camp Pendleton and he is in the Navy Reserve. he will be home fro the time being. He will attend meetings once a month here in Phoenix.
Whose funeral are these photos of? Is your son in any of them?
