My daughter shipped out last week 06/26/2012 we got the letter today 07/05/2012 with her address.

Phillip that's the same day my son went in, 06/26/2012 haven't got the letter yet maybe today. got the box Monday.

My daughter is on Ship 11 she called my daughter yesterday evening, she was very home sick.

Hi Phillip, Just got letter from my son, he is also in Ship 11, Div 262 his name is Kenneth (Kenny) Peer

your sailors will call each other by last name only....bet many do not even know the first names of most of their shipmates

Phillip, where in Colorado!!? What Div is she in? Kenny was born in Louisville Co. just east of Boulder. We lived in Lafayette till he was 5. Now I'm in SC.

We live in Southern Colorado a small town called Center, it is located in the San Luis Valley! Have heard from your son at all?

Nothing personally from him yet, just the form letter with his address and PIR date. What Div is your daughter is? have you heard anything yet?

Just got our first real letter from our son Nick, in Ship 11 Div 262, yesterday. Then a few hours later we got a call from him. It was great to hear from him. He sounded a little worried about passing everything, but he said that he is doing good and misses everyone. Heard there were a few issues in the division but those appear to be getting ironed out. I just will have to keep praying. Thanks
