Yes Sarge's dinner. Is he buying? We haven't made our flight arrangements yet. We are still doing some coordinating but I want to be there by the afternoon. If you can't make the dinner, nothing wrong with a cocktail afterwards

Anyone know for sure how many guests each SR is allowed to have at the PIR. The form letter I got from my son indicates they're only allowed 3 but the Upcoming Graduation page on the RTC website says 4? Anyone get anything different?

Hmmm. That's weird. The form letter I got definitely only has 3 spots and the associated paragraph even says 3 guests per recruit. Oh well. I'll see if I can get that straightened out later. Thanks for your response Russell.
For Sept. 2 PIR, each sailor is allowed 4 guests.

TG 43 - 8 Divisions (299, 300, 305-308, 819 and 943) Graduate Friday, Sept. 2, 2016. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests.
Number of guests allowed depends on the number of Divisions at PIR: 13 or more divisions and the guests allowed are THREE.....for 12 divisions and less the number of allowed guests is FOUR
TG 38 - 9 Divisions (259-266 and 938) Graduate Friday, July 29, 2016. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests.
TG 39 - 10 Divisions (267-274, 818 and 939) Graduate Friday, Aug. 5, 2016. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests.
TG 40 - 13 Divisions (275-286 and 940) Graduate Friday, Aug. 12, 2016. Each recruit will be permitted 3 guests.
TG 41 - 7 Divisions (287-292 and 941) Graduate Friday, Aug. 19, 2016. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests.
TG 42 - 7 Divisions (293-298 and 942) Graduate Friday, Aug. 26, 2016. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests.
TG 43 - 8 Divisions (299, 300, 305-308, 819 and 943) Graduate Friday, Sept. 2, 2016. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests.
TG 44 - 8 Divisions (311-314, 317-318, 820 and 944) Graduate Friday, Sept. 9, 2016. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests.
