Hi Dave,

My name is Dan and my daughter Sara enlisted a few weeks ago as an AO. I see your daughter Alassa is also an AO. I have so many questions! There doesn't seem to be many female AO's and I would love to hear your take on things. How's she doing? Does she like the job? What was basic and A school like for her?

We seem to have a lot in common. I also have 3 kids and Sara's my oldest. It would be a huge help to us if you could share your experiences and give us some pointers from time to time.

Thanks,

Dan Miller (Proud Navy Dad)
