How long is IT A school in terms of weeks?

Thanks everyone for joining. The BC site really help me and Momma understand the process that was going on. Now we can share our thought and questions. Thanks all. Nick is still in holding company. They are supposed to find out next week when their class start.

Congratulations. Aviation Tech is a great field to go into. Not only in the Navy but also in the Civilian side. As long as planes are flying there will be jobs.

Well guys, got a letter from my son today...he didn't get IT as planned, but he got AT (Aviation Electronics Technician), and he is really excited about it....and his A school is still in Pensicola! 22 days till Graduation...damn I'm proud of that kid!!

Houston, a lot closer than you guys, haha. I have family about 100 miles from Pensacola and I have an employee in Biloxi so I may have a chance to visit him there.

We haven't found that out yet. Kind of told ours to wait as they can't leave the base for a month or so. its 1700 + from here, and not knowing where he is going from here, we figured it was counter productive.

We're going to overnight his cell as soon as he gets an address to send to. Will ship his laptop or will bring it to him. Another question, can they have vehicles?
