That is very true but it doesnt only happen on shore my son got an IPOD stolen on the ship gotta watch your stuff all the time. And lock it up when you cant.
Tell you kids to watch their stuff on Liberty. My son had his $1000+ Camera stolen yesterday. Don't know anymore other than it was on shore.
OBTW forgot to say I'm going again this year for sure.Looking forward to meeting everyone aboard ship
Hi group, thought I would share a few tips and experiences from the tiger last year.
(1) read the info in the tiger cruise section about what to bring and not bring it is very helpful
(2) If you are staying in a hotel at Waikiki beach be prepared for some of the worst traffic going through Honolulu to Pearl Harbor. Give yourself plenty of time.
(3) Ask your Sailor about (double dragon) and act accordingly.
Hope everyone enjoys as much as I did last year

My wife's Yahoo email has been compromised but she still uses it because she's used to it and doesn't want to open up a Gmail account... Hopefully this is not the case for you Jim http://thenextweb.com/insider/2013/03/06/despite-its-efforts-to-fix...
I'm sure Navy mail servers are constantly getting patched to prevent any risks of cyber threats malicious or not.
I'd create a Gmail account and see you if you still get a Delivery Failure Report (Undeliverable) just sayin'...
My email "replys" are still being returned as undeliverable. Son has deleted his entire inbox. I get a msg from him and reply, comes back. I am using Yahoo.
I wrote his chief but got yelled at.
Wonder if my Sailor will call us during this Liberty? He said there were bad issues with the Exchange rates in the previous port.
Does anyone know if they have another P. o. C. prior to #50?
Don, Thanks for the info. I should be in Monday afternoon but I don't have a hotel yet. Jim, I hope I won't have a headache problem as I'm 5' 9" and as of yesterday the ship is in port at Singapore.
My second TC. The lowest place I found on the ship was the galley. I only hit my head twice...
