John,

I will have to ask Zach if he knows Jessica. I will also have to talk to you about the Tiger Cruise. I don't want to miss it.

Cool Pic Doug!

Looks like we have a lot of Sons & Daughters assigned to HSM-71 (Raptors) in this group. That is nice to know.  :)

Jordan sent us a picture from when they were in Port.

Before he deployed our son also mentioned they would have another TC. Very hard for us to plan stuff as he has two sets of parents. One set my willing to put aside differences than the other.

Mitch - would you be able to pm me with the info? Havent been able to talk with our sailor since September. We keep missing his calls which are few and far inbetween.  I've saved his short messages on the machine so I can at least hear his voice. This is his 2nd deployment. He's very careful with his email (as he should be).

thank you

My daughter Jessica is an AZ2 in the squadron (HSM-71). She calls every once in a while. I was a "Tiger" on her last deployment. She was on the Dewey which was in the Stennis battle group at the time. Met her in Hawaii and sailed back to San Deigo with them. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend it if you get the chance.

My wife got a call from our son today. She was at work and missed the call, so he left a message. Got some no so good news! Won't mention it, due to OPSEC, but for those of you that talked to your sailors, you probably know what I mean. Let's all keep them lifted in prayer!

Hi Douglas, I got a phone call today from Zach it was so good to here his voice. I passed along the info that I got from navydads and I think that really helped. We only talked for 15 minutes, there was a line at the phone, but it was great. I asked him if he knew Jordan and he said he did. That's pretty cool. Zach is actually on TAD also he said he can't wait to get back to the sqaudron.

I will anwser your freind request. Thanks for all the info.

William, received an e-mail from Jordan this morning, He said that he is friends with your Son and they call him "Schoon" :)

Jordan said he will pass on the phone info next time he sees him. Jordan started TDA last week so I am not sure how much time he is spending with the Squadron.

I sent you a friends request so I can message you and not have to post it here.
