Glad you heard from your sailor Joe.
:) Mother.
When I see an email from my son is like my heart return to its place... specially now!!
We got an email today also, first one in about 6weeks.
Thank you!! I was worried!!
Mine resent something one time because they were shutting things down while he was trying to send an email and he wanted to make sure that I'd gotten it. That could be what he's asking you. Glad you heard from him.
Thank God my son sent me emails today!!
He asked me if I received some emails he sent me before today.
Nice afternoon!!
Robert: Best rule of thumb to follow -- if the USN has published it somewhere on the net, it is okay for you to post in another room. This website in not secure as posts show up in Google Alerts and other searches from various search engines. Had to deal with this issue on the mom's site, but it's fixed now. Thankfully. (Or if DEBKA/aka Israeli's say it -- it's the truth and everyone knows!)
Regardless of what may be someplace on the internet, we're not in a position to violate our OPSEC guidelines. We have a good reputation with the Navy for that reason!!! Thanks for understanding.....
Yes! you are right!!
I'm missing my son's emails!! I miss him so much, like it was yesterday that he left!!
Mine checks in on fb about once a week. Miss him being on and we've gotten close, but no "chatting". No emails in ages. Remember that sometimes there are "blackouts" due to maneuvers, due to server maintenance, and sometimes it's training. Remember Mother that lines are long -- not kidding. Sometimes the wait is 3hours plus for 15mins of online time to cover everything they have to do, including check personal business stuff. So, it's another area that they prioritize. It can get disheartening at times. Frustrating at best at others. But, boy, what a jewel and ray of sunshine when one finally comes through!
