The emails my son sends have also slowed down to about every other day, but I still email him everyday and he does answer them when he has the time. I would say keep them coming his way!!! Also, our last care package we sent only took 2 weeks and he had it.
Good morning
My son used to send me emails often, at least saying how he was, but now I don't. Last week I received two delayed emails, I know they are in a sensitive area... could that be the reason? Should I send him emails?, just telling him I'm here....
Our son Ryan finally received a care package yesterday on the Stennis that we had sent almost a month ago, it was sitting on the ship waiting because we had put the wrong division number on it :-(.....word to the wise, make sure you put the right div # on all letters & packages.
Good afternoon
I'm sorry Mike, Sr. I sent you a friend request because I got confused where to apply to enter this group.
My son is on the Stennis.
Hello,good afternoon!
My son is on the Stennis, too.
He has become a very nice young man (sailor).

I am Richard Holland living in Woodway Texas. This is my son Brinton Holland on his graduation day in July. He will finish up his school in great lakes end of August. He is a Fireman apprentice (MM) and has orders to report to Washington 18 Sept 2011 and join the proud crew of the USS John C. Stennis . I know the ship is at sea and im sure the Navy has a way of getting him aboard. He is very excited about his assignment.
